Mana 101
Mana is used to charge your heroes special ability and is shown by the blue bar. For every tile that hits an enemy you will gain 1 mana point. The enemy will gain one mana per tile that hits them, and 0.5 mana every turn.
The mana speed of your hero determines how many tiles of that color you need to fire in order to use the ability: Very fast = 6.5 Fast = 8 Average = 10 Slow = 12 Ghost Tiles - If you send tiles down a gap in the enemies defenses you will gain 2 mana points per tile. In addition none of the enemies will gain any mana. There are various ways to boost the mana gain speed of your heros - mana troops; costume bonus; family bonus; hero specials; elemental bonus; talent point bonus and class bonus. These are cumulative and when combined with using ghost tiles can drop the number of tiles needed to charge a hero by up to 50%. |
